John 1:16-17
I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.

We have life insurances. We have medical, memorial and educational plans. We always try to prepare for the future, not for ourselves only, but for our children and those that would be left behind.
There is nothing wrong with that. In fact, those are becoming necessities now, especially with the continuous rise in prices of goods as well as unpredictability of the things happening in economical and political arena.
However, we must also think about today, for what we do today will affect the generation to come. We should always continue to teach our children about the ways of the Lord, totally committing to following and obeying His Words. And only then would our future be secured.
Loving God is just too important for a passive approach to growth. Take action! Become a wise and understanding teacher. Make your heart your student. Determine to have fun getting your heart to hear the many reasons to love and treasure God more.
If we continue to love God with all our hearts, all our souls, and all our minds, we need not dread the future.
For us, God reserves a glorious and magnificent future where we shall live in joy and peace for eternity. May His love deliver us from the devil and help us create a future that is full of life, joy, obedience and love.
Let us pray +
God, my Father, may I love You in all things and above all things. May I reach the joy which You have prepared for me in Heaven. Nothing is good that is against Your Will, and all that is good comes from Your Hand. Place in my heart a desire to please You and fill my mind with thoughts of Your Love, so that I may grow in Your Wisdom and enjoy Your Peace. Amen +
From all their distress God rescues the just.
