Luke 24:38
“Why are you troubled? And why do questions arise in your hearts?”
------------------------------------
SIMPLE QUESTIONS:
Where did we park the car?
What will we eat tonight?
Are you sure?
Where are you?
SILLY QUESTIONS:
Do cemetery workers prefer the graveyard shift?
Do Lipton Tea employees take coffee breaks?
If con is the opposite of pro, then what is the opposite of progress?
LIFE’S QUESTIONS:
Why am I here?
How do I beat this loneliness?
What makes my life so hard?
Where is that one special relationship?
MORAL QUESTIONS:
Why does God allow sufferings in the world?
What will happen to those who never hear about Jesus?
Is there really right and wrong?
Do all religions lead to God?
So many questions, but the answers are so few. You can look for answers to life’s questions in many places, but have you considered how Jesus can answer these questions for you? Ask Him, hear Him, believe in Him. He is the answer to your questions.
Lord Jesus, when I ask You how much You love me, you did not reply by words. Instead, you spread Your arms on the cross and died for me. Isn’t that enough so I may believe in You? It is enough, it is.
“I have lot of questions, and is never satisfied.
When all I need to do is hear Your Words
And in Your will, I abide.”
O Lord, our God, how wonderful your name in all the earth!
